Aufgaben

Als Kommunikationsdesigner bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von visuellen Lösungen, die unsere Botschaften auf den Punkt bringen und Aufmerksamkeit bei Entscheidern im B2B-Bereich erzeugen. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Gründerin/CMO (Art Direction) zusammen und bringst deine kreativen Ideen in die Vermarktung unseres Business Modells ein.

  • Erstelle einprägsame und einzigartige Designs, die unsere Themen aufgreifen und begeistern.
  • Erstelle (audio-)visuelles Material für das Marketing- und Sales-Team, von der Unternehmenspräsentation bis zu unseren Kommunikationsmitteln für unsere Social Media Kanäle.
  • Übernehme die digitale Foto- und Bildbearbeitung, Erstellung aller notwendigen Creatives zu unseren Kommunikationskampagnen sowie für Landing Pages, Layout von Unternehmenspräsentationen.
  • Erstelle Druckdateien für Werbematerial (Banner, Beilagen, Flyer, Aufkleber, etc.)
  • Weiterentwickle unser Corporate Design und unsere Marke.
  • Verantwortest und steuerst unsere Online-Marketing Aktivitäten, mit dem Ziel, qualifizierte Leads zu generieren und unsere Marke zu etablieren.
Qualifikation
  • Bringst eine breite Palette an kreativen Kompetenzen mit, von der Grafikbearbeitung bis zur Videoproduktion.
  • Hast einschlägige Erfahrungen im Kommunikations-/Grafik-Design und bist mutig und progressiv in deiner Arbeit.
  • Verfügst über UI / UX Design, (2D/3D) Animation bzw. Motion Graphics, Webdesign und/oder Videobearbeitung/-schnitt/-produktion.
