About the Role

As a key member of Amazon's global last-mile operation, you will work closely with management teams to drive operational excellence and meet key performance goals. Your focus will be on enhancing customer service and productivity, while ensuring compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze feedback and data to inform process improvements and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to resolve process-related issues and implement new processes
  • Develop and recommend process improvements using data-driven insights and business acumen
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in using data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as supporting tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access
