Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant / Project Manager for Offshore and Onshore Wind Power (m/f/x) to join our dedicated team.

Department Insights

This division is responsible for the engineering of all renewable energy generation projects. Our Wind Power department, consisting of 18 professionals located in Germany and Spain, manages both onshore and offshore wind initiatives.

We provide comprehensive services ranging from project conception to the commissioning of wind farms, alongside support for operation and maintenance strategies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert consultancy to clients in offshore and onshore wind power sectors.
  • Oversee international project management activities.
  • Coordinate efforts with both external and internal project stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, permitting processes, and detailed engineering designs.
  • Prepare and facilitate tender processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Supervise project execution and implementation.
  • Assist in due diligence projects and coordinate related activities.
  • Support the preparation of service proposals.
Your Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience in the offshore and/or onshore wind energy sector, preferably with international project exposure.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing wind power projects.
  • Strong project management and consulting skills.
  • Pragmatic, solution-focused, and self-sufficient approach.
  • Excellent command of English, with proficiency in an additional language being advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
