About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flächenmanager to join our team at NWgeoVerm Engineering GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the acquisition of rights-of-way for our energy infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the acquisition of rights-of-way for our energy infrastructure projects
• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential landowners and stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire rights-of-way and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on land acquisition and rights-of-way management
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and other external parties
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as land management, real estate, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, rights-of-way management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
