Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Development Program as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including building trust and understanding their needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the plumbing and heating industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
