Become a vital member of our team at time2 business consulting GmbH as a Technical Buyer/Project Buyer specializing in the automotive sector. In this role, you will significantly influence our strategic procurement initiatives, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of vehicle components while enhancing our procurement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Procurement: Oversee the purchasing processes for vehicle components across both series production and new product development projects.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Independently conduct purchasing negotiations and manage allocations effectively.
  • Process Enhancement: Actively participate in refining procurement strategies and processes, as well as planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supplier Development: Identify and cultivate supplier relationships, assess requirements, and establish optimal order quantities.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure effective project management and meet established project objectives.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally as a project buyer within automotive-related fields such as bodywork, electrical/electronic systems, or interior/exterior components.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical insight and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in technical business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across cultures.
