About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student - Learning Experience Designer to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Learning Experience team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Learning Experiences: Collaborate with subject matter experts and other learning teams to design and develop impactful and scalable learning approaches and content.
- Utilize AI and Technology: Leverage AI for scripting, graphics, audio, and video content creation, as well as utilize cutting-edge course authoring tools for interactive learning experience creation.
- Contribute to Learning Strategy: Contribute to our adaptive and personalized learning recommendation approach through skills mapping.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various teams, including subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of learning experiences.
Requirements
- Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred Fields of Study: Media pedagogy, instructional design, digital media/design, or interdisciplinary studies.
- Technical Skills: Experience with authoring and media production tools and platforms, such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (mandatory), and German (beneficial).
- Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization skills, good communication skills, and intercultural sensitivity and awareness.
