Software Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) für Thermoforming Packaging
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von komplexen Softwareprojekten im Kundenauftrag.
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Projektzielen sowie Überwachung von Fortschritt, Budget und Ressourcen.
- Begleitung innovativer Konzepte für Maschinensteuerungen und zugehörige Software, einschließlich der Identifikation neuer Anforderungen.
- Betreuung der notwendigen Anforderungen und deren Umsetzung bis zur vollständigen Realisierung, von individuellen Kundenprojekten bis hin zu Serienentwicklungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Softwareentwicklern und UI/UX-Experten zur Schaffung qualitativ hochwertiger Softwarelösungen.
- Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Softwareentwicklungsteam und den Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass Anforderungen klar kommuniziert und verstanden werden.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektro-/Informationstechnik, Technische Informatik, Systems Engineering) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung im Maschinenbau und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern.
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Durchführung komplexer Projekte im Maschinenbau.
- Technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und zu kommunizieren.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, initiative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
