We are part of the ROCKWOOL Group, a company that offers innovative and sustainable products. Our operations in Germany have four production sites and around 1,300 employees.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Neuburg an der Donau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve production and equipment issues
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct inspections and routine maintenance according to established schedules
• Metalworking according to specifications and drawings

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial or agricultural machinery mechanic
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and mechanical engineering is desirable
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility, teamwork, and physical stamina
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and provide support during disruptions
• High level of responsibility and safety awareness
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and development (SiBe, ROPEX, etc.)
• Physical stamina
• Basic computer skills
