Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at Röller Personalmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completed training as Lagerlogistik Specialist (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
