This includes the development of infrastructure, detailed analyses, and insightful visualizations, all rooted in a profound understanding of our clients' operations and requirements.
In the role of an analytics engineer, you will be responsible for structuring, constructing, and sustaining data warehouses and data models, while also contributing to the evolution of our team and service offerings.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business intelligence professionals to deliver clean, timely, and dependable data sets for analysts and business stakeholders.
- Design, construct, and enhance precise, scalable, and maintainable data warehouses, data pipelines, and data models tailored to client specifications.
- Define, implement, and uphold ETL/ELT pipelines in partnership with data engineers and business intelligence consultants, facilitating streamlined collaboration between both domains.
- Incorporate software engineering principles into the data stack, including version control, continuous integration, unit testing, and thorough documentation.
- Provide guidance on modeling strategies and data technology stack implementation, tailored to client aspirations across various sectors (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Big Query, Airbyte, Fivetran).
- As a member of the Data Product team, you will influence team structure and artifacts, while propelling the advancement of our tool stack to ensure future readiness.

- Approximately 3 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.
- Fluency in both English and German, enabling effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Strong proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python is advantageous.
- Experience in designing and building scalable, reliable, and reusable data models, with a solid understanding of Git and initial hands-on experience with dbt.
- Familiarity with emerging tools in the data ecosystem, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Airbyte, dlt, Fivetran, and Airflow is a plus.
- Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects while enjoying teamwork, and taking initiative in your areas of responsibility.
