We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Expert at Sparkasse Bonndorf-Stühlingen. Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent and courteous service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support our customers in navigating our digital offerings and solutions, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Actively schedule appointments and meetings with customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions and perform administrative tasks, including cash handling and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with customer advisors to address customer inquiries and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial education, preferably as a bank clerk. This role is also suitable for individuals with a strong motivation to pursue further education.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You are a team player, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
