Lead Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a Lead Physiotherapist. As a key member of our therapy department, you will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and developing and implementing evidence-based therapy concepts.

• Lead a team of physiotherapists and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy concepts to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physiotherapy and implement best practices in the department

• Master's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a therapeutic setting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
