Your Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Security Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying potential risks and implementing effective countermeasures using various tools such as monitoring systems, SIEM, and antivirus solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and identify security risks while proposing actionable measures to enhance cybersecurity.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of security requirements and projects.
- Assist in conducting audits across various departments and teams.
- Monitor and manage security incidents, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions and simulations to enhance security awareness.
- Contribute to the creation and enforcement of security policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with current attack methods and corresponding defensive strategies.
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, BSI 200-*, and NIST.
- Specialization in technical or organizational measures, including awareness initiatives, security monitoring, and incident response.
- A strong willingness to learn and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Bonus: Experience in data protection, scripting, and programming at the shell level.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
