  • Responsible and varied construction and maintenance projects
  • You are responsible for the complete processing of new construction and maintenance projects, including order preparation, execution, and follow-up
  • In this process, you take over the organization, coordination, and customer care of the customers/contractors
  • The site documentation, including measurements, and the work preparation, including resource planning of machines and equipment, are part of your tasks
  • You are responsible for the professional execution of the work and take over the leadership of several teams from a professional and economic point of view
  • You monitor the cost development and create invoicing-capable documents
  • Finally, you pay attention to occupational and health safety
Requirements

  • Master's degree or technical degree in the field of garden and landscape construction
  • Desirable: Bring experience in site management
  • You should bring a sense of responsibility and quality
  • High level of self-organization
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented; good time management
  • Secure handling of IT (MS-Office; ideally also CAD & KS21)
  • Driving license class B
