Job Title: Fresh Food Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fresh Food Manager to lead our team at REWE Stefan Zizek oHG. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department for the food areas, including Meat, Sausage, Cheese, Bakery, and Deli.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee all operations in the food areas, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality products.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of butchers, chefs, and other food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
• Product Quality: Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, sales development, inventory, and product flow to optimize profitability.
• Customer Service: Provide expert advice and excellent service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Background: A background as a Butcher or Chef, preferably in the food retail industry, or relevant experience.
• Qualifications: Additional qualifications such as becoming a Master are a plus.
• Availability: Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM is required.
