About the Web Developer (m/f/d) Position

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Professional Service team at TFI GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and collaborating closely with other web developers, technicians, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain existing customer projects, advancing the frontend workflow, and collaborating on new features and their releases
  • Evaluate the latest technical possibilities and incorporate them when deemed appropriate
  • Act as the technical point of contact for web development queries from customers and team members
  • Create mock-ups for customer projects
  • Assist in integrating the Talention software with our customers (Setups) alongside a project manager
  • Participate in international rollouts
  • Learn how to use Talention and other software tools
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a web developer with a passion for Frontend Engineering, perhaps even Web design
  • Good knowledge of HTML, (S)CSS, Javascript/jQuery
  • Ideally, familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, Vue, or similar, and build tools like Webpack or Grunt
  • Preferred experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, techniques, and tools and know where to find relevant information
  • Quick comprehension, meticulous, able to identify connections, and think outside the box
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, diplomatic skills, enjoyment of direct customer interaction, and customer success
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in German (minimum C1 level) and good English proficiency
  • Drive and determination to build something with us
