In dieser Position unterstützen Sie unsere Klienten bei der Bewältigung der Herausforderungen, die sich aus der Verbindung von Steuerwesen und Digitalisierung ergeben. Im Rahmen des Tax Transformation Teams beraten Sie unsere Mandanten hinsichtlich der Verbesserung von Qualität und Effizienz in den Steuerabteilungen durch den Einsatz geeigneter technologischer Lösungen. Dies umfasst die Entwicklung von Strategien, die Optimierung von Prozessen und die Implementierung innovativer Technologien. Ihre Leidenschaft für die Vielfalt der Fragestellungen wird es Ihnen ermöglichen, gemeinsam mit uns einen bedeutenden Unterschied zu machen.

Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind bereit, Ihre Expertise im Bereich Tax Transformation einzubringen und sich in verschiedenen Themen weiterzuentwickeln? Hier sind Ihre Möglichkeiten:

  • Strategische und operative Beratung unserer Klienten in Bezug auf die Digitalisierung der Steuerabteilung, einschließlich der Automatisierung steuerlicher Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Aktive Suche nach Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Klienten zur Integration von Steuerwesen und Technologie.
  • Verwendung modernster Technologien zur Entwicklung von Lösungen für KPMG und unsere Klienten, einschließlich Generative KI, Alteryx, Power BI, SAP 4/Hana und mehr.
  • Erwerb und Aktualisierung von Wissen in verschiedenen Disziplinen.
  • Analyse und Visualisierung steuerrechtlich relevanter Daten zur Schaffung von Mehrwert für die Steuerabteilungen.
  • Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Beratungsprojekten zur Einführung global einsetzbarer Technologien.
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsfelder im Kontext der Digitalisierung.
Ihr Profil

Sie sind bereit, sich mit dem Thema Steuern auseinanderzusetzen und zu erkennen, dass es sich hierbei um ein spannendes und dynamisches Feld handelt. Besonders in dieser einzigartigen Kombination aus Steuerberatung und Technologie.

  • Sie haben einen guten Studienabschluss (mindestens Bachelor) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Steuern oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Sie sind neugierig auf Themen wie Transformation, Digitalisierung, Tax Reporting, Tax Accounting, digitale Betriebsprüfung und Data Analytics.
  • Sie sind motiviert, diese Themen auch im internationalen Kontext voranzutreiben.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie erste praktische Erfahrungen in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerlehre oder im Steuerrecht sowie Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Softwarelösungen.
  • Sie haben Freude an Technologien und sind kreativ in deren Anwendung.
  • Sie sind in der Lage, steuerliche Fragestellungen aus prozessualer und analytischer Sicht zu betrachten und sich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Sie sind kundenorientiert und möchten einen Mehrwert für unsere Klienten schaffen.
  • Sie bringen eine moderne Denkweise mit und hinterfragen bestehende Prozesse.
