Entry-Level Financial Analyst

About Us

We are Schreiber Foods Europe GmbH, a prominent player in the dairy industry, specializing in the production of processed cheese products.

We are currently seeking to enhance our team with a Entry-Level Financial Analyst (m/f/d) for part-time hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates, calculations, and analysis of product manufacturing costs.
• Recording of orders and invoices.
• Assisting in the monthly closing process.
• Preparation of monthly closing presentations and gap analyses.
• Cross-functional collaboration with local departments and our international corporate headquarters.
• Creation of ad-hoc reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling, or a completed training in accounting.
• Initial experience in a similar role.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and a self-directed work approach.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
