Within the Engineering Competence Center in Stuttgart, our focus lies in executing digital transformations throughout our clients' comprehensive value chains. We strategically enhance the customer orientation of regional OEMs, machinery and plant manufacturers, along with OEM suppliers. Our multidisciplinary team, comprising engineers, business consultants, and IT specialists, collaborates to create inventive, sustainable, and tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Our service offerings encompass various domains, including Digital Validation, Systems Engineering, PLM Consulting, Product Test Management, and more.

Your Responsibilities

In the Automotive & Manufacturing business area, you will gain valuable insights into the development of customized and highly efficient software solutions. You will effectively apply your academic knowledge and research in the context of consultancy and software development projects or portfolio enhancement during your practical thesis.

You will have the flexibility to select topics from our portfolio and delve into them in detail. Proposals for your own topics are encouraged and can be included in your motivation letter.

Qualifications

You are eager to acquire practical experience and connect academic learning with real-world applications in the business sector as you complete your studies. Additionally, you aspire to establish your initial professional network.

  • Pursuing studies in economics, technology, or information technology with a keen interest in IT
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to explore new subjects and challenges
  • Preferably possessing some knowledge in Engineering IT
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual abilities
  • High quality awareness and a strong affinity for IT topics
  • Flexible, independent, dedicated, and methodical work style
  • Proficient in both German and English

Your working hours will total 40 hours per week, primarily focused on your thesis, with secondary involvement in potential project assignments.

Contractual Information

Please be aware that you must maintain enrollment in a university throughout the duration of your contract.
