We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Specialist to join our team at Agilent. As a key member of our Application Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by developing applications and demonstrating our instrumentation and workflows to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement applications for our Atomic Spectroscopy portfolio, ensuring seamless integration with customer workflows.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their analytical needs and challenges.
- Design and deliver presentations, workshops, and user meetings to communicate results and position our products effectively.
- Travel to customer sites to provide on-site training, application consultancy, and customer support.
- Participate in the design and delivery of sales training programs for Atomic Spectroscopy technology and related workflows.
- Interact with R&D departments to address current technologies and applications, incorporating requirements into upcoming products.
- Maintain and expand critical domain knowledge, including the latest scientific findings, market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulations.
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a strong focus on instrumental analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Atomic Spectroscopy (ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and/or ICP-QQQ), its operation, and applications.
- Demonstrated experience in Atomic Spectroscopy method development and optimization.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Good team working skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent verbal and written German and English skills.
