Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Support Technician to join our operations within offshore platforms. This role is crucial for the effective functioning of our facilities located in offshore wind farms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Support Technician, you will play a vital role in our operations and maintenance team. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the logistics of personnel and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and transport schedules.
  • Operating offshore cranes for the handling and transportation of materials.
  • Conducting maintenance and repair tasks on the platforms, while supporting safety inspections.
  • Participating actively in emergency response and fire safety drills.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation through MS Office and SAP PM, including managing accommodation assignments.
  • Adhering to and updating safety regulations relevant to offshore operations.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Strong communication abilities with proficiency in German and good command of English.
  • Experience in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
  • Willingness to engage in maintenance tasks beyond primary duties.
  • Availability for shift work, including offshore rotations, and completion of required training.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certification as a Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) with experience in managing helicopter operations.
  • Training in crane operation and rigging.
  • Certification for radio communications in aviation and maritime contexts.
  • Experience with IT-based documentation systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
