Our wohnvoll village in Bad Bevensen features 65 apartments equipped with services and care, including housekeeping, social activities, assistance with appointments, and daily freshly prepared meals as part of our Senior Living initiative. This offering is further enriched by in-house stationary care services.
We strive to create a space where seasoned individuals can enjoy a self-sufficient, secure, and comfortable residence, with the option to access additional services tailored to their personal needs. The integration of technology, such as our specially designed wohnvoll App, enhances this experience. We prioritize holistic practices that encompass economic, ecological, and social dimensions, emphasizing sustainability and resource conservation.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting nursing staff, particularly in supporting elderly individuals with dementia
  • Encouraging seniors, preserving existing capabilities, and recovering lost skills
  • Fostering and promoting the residents' aspirations for increased independence and engagement in their care
  • Contributing to the provision of optimal psychosocial support for residents
  • Assisting in the creation, enhancement, and execution of care strategies for residents with gerontopsychiatric conditions
  • Supporting and engaging in the development and realization of the organization's care philosophy and approach
Your Profile
  • Certification in accordance with §53c SGB XI, comprising 180 hours of training and a 4-week internship totaling 80 hours
  • Familiarity with care documentation practices
  • Understanding of nutritional needs in older adults, focusing on dietary restrictions, food intolerances, and aversions to food
  • Proficient German language skills
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Demonstrated commitment and enthusiasm
  • Collaborative team player
