Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Operator to join our team at HeiBa GmbH in Achern. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and calibrate machine tools and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Set up and operate machinery and equipment
• Perform quality control checks and document results
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or training in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a mechanical equipment operation or maintenance role
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
