Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage production orders within SAP, taking into account deadlines, capacities, inventory levels, and setup times to optimize machine utilization.
  • Monitor delivery schedules closely and take prompt action to address any deviations or potential delays.
  • Ensure timely and accurate allocation of production materials according to requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing process workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key production metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments with other locations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the metal or plastics industry.
  • Advanced technical training as a technician/master in an industrial production environment.
  • Relevant experience in work preparation is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of production technology and serial production principles.
  • Demonstrated determination, confidence, and a systematic approach to work.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BDE/MDE systems.
  • Competence with MS-Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
