About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained, adjusted, and operated according to specified manufacturing and process parameters.
  • Quality Control: Responsible for the preparation, testing, storage, and quality of operating and production equipment as well as manufactured products according to specified test plans.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure a smooth production process and quality at product release by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and instruct employees assigned to you, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Successfully completed training in the production area or comparable, with several years of professional experience in the production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Language Skills: Good language skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of reliability, commitment, and ability to work in a team, with a willingness to work shifts as required.
