Grooming Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Groom to join our team at Yard and Groom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our horses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with exercising and training horses to promote their physical and mental well-being
• Prepare horses for shows, competitions, and events by ensuring they are clean, groomed, and properly equipped
• Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient stable operations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our horses
• Riding opportunities are available for those with experience and a passion for horse riding

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
