Marketing Analytics Engineering Team
The Marketing Analytics Engineering team at Vinted is responsible for developing and maintaining data models that support marketing and shipping pricing initiatives. As a Lead Analytics Engineer, Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of these data models.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive domain objectives by leading technical projects in Marketing Data Science and Analytics, focusing on future outcomes and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and innovate by suggesting and implementing technical changes to enhance Marketing data modeling.
- Ensure collaboration by aligning the Marketing domain's technical vision through effective cross-team partnerships.
- Raise the bar by developing and refining Marketing data models, enforcing best practices for quality and efficiency.
- Unlock impact by guiding the creation of data models for personalized Member Engagement Marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate across teams by managing technical collaborations with external partners for smooth project execution.
- Continuously improve by staying updated on best practices in DataVerse and Analytics Engineering, sharing insights with the team.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer, ETL Developer, or Data Engineer with a strong background in data modeling, access, and storage techniques. You should be proficient in SQL, Git, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java). Proven experience in marketing data analytics and reporting across various digital and offline marketing channels is essential. Familiarity with testing, build, deployment, and CI/CD practices is also required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are a must.
