We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Bershka Deutschland B.V & Co. KG in Cologne. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a tidy and well-presented store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Utilize technology to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer-focused and enthusiastic approach
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Passion for fashion and trends
