Job Title: Workforce and Reporting Manager DACH - Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce and Reporting Manager to join our Customer Service team in DACH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and cost-efficient operations, while ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Service team to meet performance targets and optimize resource usage
  • Drive sustainable and cost-efficient operations with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet business needs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent in commercial or business studies
  • Minimum 2-5 years of management experience in customer service sales, with a focus on customer experience and operations
  • Proven track record of driving business results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
