Export Specialist

As an Export Specialist (m/w/d) at expertum GmbH, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of export procedures, including the preparation and processing of export documents, customs clearance, and statistical reporting.

• Coordinate and manage export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers worldwide.
• Prepare and process export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with export regulations and customs requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless export operations.
• Monitor and analyze export data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export coordination or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and export software.
