Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Engineering Plastics sales efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and converting new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of our policies and procedures.
  • Identify new customers and assess how our sales strategy addresses their needs.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with existing customers, resolving issues and delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives, analyzing performance and making informed forecasts.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize sales performance.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Relevant education and experience in managing sales of Engineering Polymers in a corporate environment.
  • At least five years of experience in the Automotive Sector, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English languages.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 80% of time spent on the road.
