About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Hammer Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, including verifying shipments and ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for forklift operation (training provided)
  • First-hand experience in logistics or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of IT-based warehouse management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
