• Competitive salary range of €45,000 to €55,000

• You will optimize existing manufacturing processes and implement new ones
• You will support or lead investment, maintenance, and special projects
• You will continuously monitor the efficient use of raw materials and energy resources
• You will document manufacturing processes, evaluate technical key figures, and develop corresponding measures

• You have a degree in a relevant field, such as textile engineering, mechanical engineering, or economics
• You have knowledge of process planning and implementation, as well as experience in project realization
• You think holistically and understand technological connections
• You have excellent communication and team skills, as well as a confident demeanor
• You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, and are willing to travel within the D-A-CH region
