Betriebskostenabrechner

Your Opportunities for Growth:

  • Independent creation of operating and heating cost statements for complex residential and commercial properties
  • Collection and verification of contractual regulations and the allocability of individual items in close coordination with property management
  • Responsibility for a fair and cause-related cost allocation
  • Processing and answering of inquiries regarding operating and heating cost statements, as well as detailed objections
  • Maintenance of relevant data for billing in various administration systems
  • Creation of heating cost and user data for metering service companies
  • Verification of incoming invoices for factual and legal correctness
  • Creation of seller and balance statements at owner or management changes

Your Profile, Which Will Convince Us:

  • Commercial education in the real estate sector (e.g., a commercial real estate education)
  • Accounting experience and knowledge of operating cost law
  • Desirable basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and Relion
  • Knowledge of the iX-Haus system is desirable
  • Fluent German language skills are assumed, English language skills are desirable
