• You will be responsible for providing direct customer support via phone or video conference
• You will diagnose customer needs and implement them in our software through remote access to our equipment
• You will commission new equipment and conduct on-site service visits, which will account for approximately 30% of your working time

• You have completed an education in an electrical or mechatronics field, such as electronics or mechatronics engineering
• You are a certified electrical engineer (desired)
• You work solution-oriented and reliably
• You are willing to undertake time-limited business trips
• You have excellent German language skills
