Construction Site Supervisor / Foreman (m/f/d) specializing in Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction sites focused on structural and reinforced concrete projects Coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractor logistics, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines Acting as the main point of contact on-site for subcontractors and suppliers Supporting project billing processes and financial oversight Independently maintaining regular reports on construction site progress Organizing and leading assigned teams, along with assessing work performance

Qualifications:

Completed technical apprenticeship in construction, with further qualifications as a construction site supervisor or certified foreman, or a master's degree in construction Extensive experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in structural engineering Valid SIVV certificate is advantageous but not essential Strong leadership abilities, teamwork orientation, and accountability Valid Class B driver's license is required
