Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our software solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our web and mobile codebase, participating in steering the tech stack, and delivering high-quality, clean code that scales and meets our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet our business requirements.
  • Collaborate with our UI experts to bring our applications to life, focusing on user experience and interface design.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.
  • Participate in steering the tech stack, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams, with a strong background in hybrid development solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Java, API-driven development, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Hands-on experience with architecture, software design patterns, and collaborative methodologies.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical ideas and direction effectively.
