Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Global Continuous Improvement Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead local fit-gap analyses and data cleansing initiatives to ensure seamless integration with the SAP S/4HANA system
  • Design and execute Cut-Over strategies, focusing on data migration and roles setup, to ensure a smooth transition
  • Develop and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects, collaborating with regional and segment-specific teams to drive success
  • Utilize expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 with a focus on FICO and MM, to drive process improvements
  • Apply proven track record of handling complex projects and stakeholders to drive results
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding and alignment

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4, with a focus on FICO and MM
  • Proven track record of handling complex projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal and written English skills, and German or other language skills a plus
