We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a full-time capacity. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including personnel planning, inventory management, sales and budget control.
You will be the central point of contact between our headquarters and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the store team and ensuring excellent customer service
- Managing inventory and stock levels to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Conducting price tags, reductions, and inventory checks
- Coordinating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (preferably in retail)
- Several years of experience in retail management, ideally as a Store Manager, Department Manager, or Branch Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
