Position: Technical Service Support
Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and service personnel
• Provide guidance on technical challenges and product-related questions
• Oversee the allocation of service technicians
• Maintain and manage spare parts inventory
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Evaluate market trends and proactively promote service offerings

Your Qualifications:

• Completed technical education in electronics, mechatronics, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a service role or as an assembly technician
• Strong technical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service abilities
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is advantageous
• Fluency in both German and English
• Detail-oriented and self-sufficient work style
