About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specialist/In Disposition to join our team at SWIETELSKY Baugesellschaft m.b.H. in a key role that involves the management of our fleet of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees responsible for the management of our heavy equipment, including cost control and budgeting.
- Develop and implement plans for the deployment of our heavy equipment, including asphalt cutters, sealers, and sweepers, for internal use.
- Ensure the availability and quality of our equipment, and organize its use in the southern Bavarian region in a cost-effective manner.
- Prepare internal invoices and manage the financial aspects of equipment use.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work on our equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field (e.g. office management, logistics, or mechanical engineering).
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of understanding, and ability to act quickly.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal German language skills.
- Ability to work independently, with high motivation and a structured approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
