Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of up to 40 staff members, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership
• Work collaboratively with Process and Maintenance Leads to set and achieve specific objectives
• Ensure that operational and strategic targets are successfully met
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards within the workplace
• Organize, lead, and document daily coordination meetings
• Implement waste reduction strategies through established standards
• Continuously plan and develop your team’s skills and capabilities

Your Profile:

• Completed education in a food-related or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Relevant professional experience in production management and leadership
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP R3 and InforMES being advantageous
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities
• Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and adaptability
