Construction Manager for Power Supply Projects

Position Overview:

As a **Construction Manager** specializing in the **power supply and distribution network**, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of construction sites. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to economic, professional, and timely standards.
  • Plan and allocate resources, including teams of fitters and subcontractors, while managing the logistics of equipment and materials for construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal guidelines and external regulations, focusing on quality management and occupational safety to meet project objectives.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous improvements.
  • Possess a background in electrical engineering, with relevant professional experience, ideally in a construction management capacity.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and hold a valid driver's license, with additional classes being advantageous.
  • Be prepared for travel across the country for multi-day assignments.
  • Exhibit a proactive work ethic, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to teamwork in achieving project milestones.
