Job Title: Business Analyst - SAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - SAP to join our team in Hamburg-Allermöhe. As a Business Analyst - SAP, you will play a key role in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, our new ERP system, and drive our business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute the rollout of SAP for our B2B and B2C business
  • Contribute to template building, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
  • Design, test, and deliver changes to processes and their documentation
  • Participate in workshops and reviews of processes and systems with customers
  • Prepare and facilitate trainings for Super and End Users, ensuring proper documentation and user ability
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, communicating and providing feedback
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in SAP, ideally in logistics or supply chain
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working
  • Highly developed analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Visio
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Prior experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Refa, or similar is beneficial

As a Business Analyst - SAP, you will be part of our EMEA Distribution Center, the heart of Pandora's supply chain in EMEA.
