About the Role
Cyient is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in the Utilities market within Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, developing and executing account growth plans, and leading proposals and bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Utilities market, leveraging your expertise in GIS-based solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Cyient's presence in the region.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Cyient's solutions accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements, adapting our offerings to meet their needs.
- Prepare and manage rolling forecasts and budgets for revenue and order intake.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development for GIS-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the Utilities, OEMs, and partner ecosystems is highly valued.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals and commercial models.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Flexibility to work across time zones, particularly between Europe and India.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers, partners, and execution teams.
