Deine Aufgaben

Als General Manager bei Memox Deutschland GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die operative Leitung der Location Stuttgart. Du wirst gemeinsam mit unserem Team an der Expansion unseres Unternehmens arbeiten und die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Führung und Motivation deines Teams
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien für die Expansion unseres Unternehmens
  • Die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen
  • Die Verantwortung für die Kosten- und Umsatzseite
  • Die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Partnern
Das bringt du mit

Um diese Herausforderung erfolgreich zu meistern, benötigen wir jemanden mit:

  • Einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung oder einem Studium im Bereich Hotel/Gastronomie/Event oder MICE
  • Mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hotellerie, Bankett- und Eventmanagement
  • Führungserfahrung und -kompetenz
  • Kenntnissen in Budgets, Forecasts und Revenue
  • Erfahrung im Management von Cateringpartnern, Gastronomie- und Hygieneverständnis
  • Ein unternehmerisches Denken und Vertriebsstärke
  • Mitarbeiterführung und Motivation
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
