Your key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning and upkeep of machinery and equipment
• Assembling molds and integrating them with existing systems
• Conducting preliminary tests and measurements on production machinery prior to operation
• Basic programming and configuration of dosing systems and casting machinery may be required
• Providing training to staff and clients on machine operation
• Monitoring machine performance and executing routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) with a focus on electrical engineering or extensive relevant experience
• Initial experience in the maintenance of machinery and production facilities
• Familiarity with electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Knowledge of PLC technology (S7) and conventional machining techniques
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating production machinery
• Detail-oriented with the ability to create technical documentation using MS Office
• Strong technical understanding and practical skills in machine maintenance for fault identification and resolution
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed
