Your Role as Branch Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth running and customer satisfaction.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is fully prepared for sales and manage day-to-day activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to form a strong leadership team, fostering open communication and shared goals.
• Team Management: Coordinate with the Store Manager on key matters, effectively communicate information, and assign tasks to your team members.
• Customer Focus: Maintain a positive and organized store environment, assist customers with inquiries, and handle complaints professionally.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee sales and inventory management in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a retail manager or equivalent role, ideally within a supermarket setting.
• A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and inspiring your team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
