At our facility, we are dedicated to managing transport logistics for key clients in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Our primary focus is on less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) solutions for both national and international road transport. We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a dedicated LTL department that will provide efficient and tailored solutions for our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and enhance the local operational business, with a strong emphasis on LTL growth
  • Procurement of subcontractors, including rate negotiations, in both national and international markets
  • Establish a reliable network of contractors and a dedicated charter fleet
  • Expand and maintain a personal customer base, including regular client visits
  • Analyze and evaluate relevant key performance indicators (KPI monitoring) while managing general administrative tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in logistics, particularly in FTL/LTL dispatch and charter transport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Results-oriented, independent, and structured thinking and working style
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
