Our comprehensive service portfolio encompasses transport and warehousing logistics, air and sea freight, personnel services, and more, effectively covering the entire logistics chain.
At our facility, we are dedicated to managing transport logistics for key clients in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Our primary focus is on less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) solutions for both national and international road transport. We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a dedicated LTL department that will provide efficient and tailored solutions for our clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and enhance the local operational business, with a strong emphasis on LTL growth
- Procurement of subcontractors, including rate negotiations, in both national and international markets
- Establish a reliable network of contractors and a dedicated charter fleet
- Expand and maintain a personal customer base, including regular client visits
- Analyze and evaluate relevant key performance indicators (KPI monitoring) while managing general administrative tasks
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in logistics, particularly in FTL/LTL dispatch and charter transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Results-oriented, independent, and structured thinking and working style
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
